Beyond Kickboxing! Ages: 15 and up
Are you looking for a great way to get in shape and at the same time learn how to defend yourself?
Then this class may be for you. There are no uniforms, no belts, and no tests, just a great work out
and lots of sweat! This class is for al skill and fitness levels. Do not worry if you have no prior
experience, we are here to help you learn and have fun!
You will be able to choose be two different Beyond Kickboxing! Classes:
Class offered will be a 60 minute class which consist of:
Warm up stretch, core, strength and cardio exercises
(8) 2 min Rounds on one of our stand up bags
Self Defense Instruction - we will focus on one or two different basic techniques each week
Cool down Stretch
Class offered we be a quick 30 minute class which will consist of:
Warm up and stretch
(5) 2 min Rounds on one of our stand up bags
1 min core, strength and cardio exercises between rounds
Cool down stretch
